I have to say I was pretty impressed by this book. The coach really puts his heart into this book and doesn’t sugar coat anything. Being red pill a few years back I always felt something was wrong with the dating world and relationships in general. This book completely lays it out for younger man and is a must have in order to better yourself. Nowadays we as men focus too much on following what society wants instead of putting effort into what WE really want. The book explains to men what they need to be focusing on bettering themselves and not putting energy into something that isn’t going to last or someone who only views them as a resource and protector until things go south. After which will leave them in debt and regret for years to come. The basic message of the book was good. I knew it already, having been MGTOW a long time, but it's always good to get this stuff reinforced, because the whole culture pushes you in the other direction. For those who're wondering, the basic message is focus on your own development and stop putting all your time, energy, and money into women. It's not worth it, and the dangers of commitment are significant. Understand how female-centric the culture is. Don't organize your life around trying to please and entertain women. I took a point off because the book could've used a good editor and because, as an older guy, I found about a third of the content didn't really apply to me (though it might help younger men).
